Q. What type of clothing should I wear?

Q. How old do I have to be?
A. You must be 16 or older. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, parental consent in the form of a signed consent form will be required.

Q. Are men allowed to attend the classes ?
A. Some of our PDUK schools run men-only classes.

Q. What sizes are the classes?
A.Class sizes vary as it depends on how many poles the school has but there will always be a maximum of 3 people to a pole.

Q. Do I have to do anything before I get on the pole ?
A. Yes. Before getting on the pole you must remove all jewellery as it might scratch the poles. You also have to wash your hands and legs to remove all oil, lotions and moisturisers as they may impede your grip and be dangerous.

Q. How fit do I have to be to attend pole dancing classes?
A. The beginner classes are designed for women of all shapes and sizes. As you advance to the higher classes they will require a greater level of fitness, which you will have gained from your earlier pole experience.
